Here is some useful information about the hotel which should help answer most frequently asked questions by guests.

Arrival and departure

Accommodation is normally available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If guests arrive prior to this time they are welcome to relax in the lounges or bar until their room becomes available. Departing guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11 am, however they are welcome to use the public areas after this time.

Late arrival

Unless guests notify Hotel reception of late arrival, we reserve the right to re-let the rooms after 6 pm.

Children

Some family suites are available. A 25 percent discount applies to children under 14 years. Cot charge £10 per night for under 3's.

Ground floor access

There are a number of bedrooms at ground floor level as are all public rooms, but there are several steps at entry and also within the ground floor. Assistance is available to the disabled.

Car parking

Free, onsite car parking for up to 60 cars.

Dietary requirements

Please advise the hotel of any specific dietary requirements when making the reservation.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome at a cost of £10 per night and may be permitted in certain public areas of the hotel. Please advise at time of booking if you wish your dog to stay.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel.

Gratuities

You may reward good service at your discretion.

Mobile phones

Guests are advised not to use mobile phones inn public areas.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted. Personal cheques are accepted subject to approval.
